HOC is always looking for the best ways to have fun while blessing those around us at the same time. When we heard about Faith Country’s Catalyst 1st Annual Golf Tournament right around the corner, we couldn’t help but jump on the bandwagon.

Faith Country is working hard to send their Youth to camp this summer, we could tell by all the handwork and diligence going into the planning of this golf tournament that this was an opportunity that we could not pass up.

Faith Country in A Nutshell

Tony & Karen Conner have been in ministry since 1998 and have been pastors for Faith Country for the past ten years.Image Before becoming pastors, they served in children’s, youth, men’s and women’s ministries, as well as praise a
nd worship.  During that time, Tony worked in the oil field (for 23 years), all the while knowing he was called to be a pastor. The two married in 1979 and together have raised three boys and are now blessed with three granddaughters and two grandsons.

Karen and Tony were raised in a wonderful denominational church until they were exposed to the word of faith in 1982.  At that time, they helped to pioneer a non-denominational church in Post, Texas.  “God has been so good to us, constantly revealing His unmerited favor and abundant grace to us,” say the Conners’. They choose to focus on Jesus and teach the church who they are in Christ and what they are called to do according to His Word.
